We are starting a new blog where we will write about the library books we are reading. You can type in what you wrote on your log in sheets or write something completely different. Conventions matter, but I want you to concentrate on the content. Write about your response to what you've read, not about what happened, and include the page numbers you've read too.

I am reading the Ghost on the River and it is exciting and scary at times. I was really scared when the author wrote about the ghost following the children as they walked around the dock. I was afraid he would push one of them in. I don't know if he is a good ghost or a bad one yet. I hope he is there to help the kids. I think maybe he might help them find their parents. I read from page 27-48.

What I read was that Grandmere came to town, and is trying to tell Princess Mia who she can go to the ball with. Princess Mia wants to go to the ball with Buck but Grandmere wants her to go with Prince William! If I were Princess Mia I wouldn't go to the ball if I couldn't go with who I wanted to take. If my grandmother told me who to go to the dance with I would tell her No because I don't like them. My grandmother would not make me be sad just so she could say I went to a dance with a Prince!
